When I say handcrafted, I really mean it. My caramels are made in small batches, cooked low and slow to achieve that signature smoothness you can only get when someone’s watching. Not supervised by a machine, but rather a real person who knows exactly when the caramel is just right.
Once cooled, every piece is hand-cut and individually wrapped in wax paper. It’s a rhythm that grounds me, the kind of quiet work that makes you feel more connected to what you’re creating.
I source the ingredients intentionally, choosing high-quality butter, sugar, cream, and sea salt, because the quality of the ingredients matters just as much as the hands that enjoy them. My handmade caramel candy is gourmet. A little luxury you can share with your friends, family, and loved ones.
