Made for the culinary adventurer, this unique combo brings together my classic creamy vanilla caramel, the tropical sweetness of pure mango puree, and chile seasoning for a bit of heat. It is so unique and delicious!

Ingredients

pure cane sugar, heavy whipping cream, unsalted butter, non-high fructose corn syrup, pure mango puree and Tajin seasoning (chili peppers, sea salt, citric acid, contains 0.5% or less of dehydrated lime juice, silicon dioxide - to prevent caking) and a splash of pure vanilla extract

All of our caramels are Preservative and Gluten free!

Nailed it, again!

I'm always amazed by the consistency of S & S Caramels. I always buy 2boxes, with Lime Caramel being my favorite, and then add a another flavor combo of interest. Chile Mango! What a bold combo of flavor to blend. I liked it, alot.
But the real magic, is the consistency of each batch. The Lime Caramel is exactly what I remembered from past orders. These are clearly homemade to order, and yet the flavor is exactly the same as if from the previous batch. In fact, have yet to be disappointed with any of the flavors that I've tried so far.

Tangy and spicy!

Let me start by saying I love chili mangos a lot. But I wasn’t sure how it would work in a caramel so I was curious. These are interesting - a bit tangier than I expected but they definitely have a kick! They aren’t my favorites (the fleur de sel is my personal fav) but they are unique and something fun to try.
