Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Please note that some products may have shipping restrictions, and certain items may not be available for international shipping.
When you place an order, shipping and delivery estimates will be provided based on item availability and the shipping options you select. Depending on the shipping provider, estimated shipping dates may appear during checkout.
Shipping rates for many items are weight-based. Product weights can be found on each product detail page. To reflect carrier policies, all weights are rounded up to the next full pound.
Returns
Most new, unopened items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
If the return is due to our error, such as an incorrect or defective item, we will also cover the return shipping cost.
Refunds are typically processed within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, though many refunds are completed more quickly. This timeframe includes:
- Transit time for us to receive your return: 5 to 10 business days
- Time to process your return once received: 3 to 5 business days
- Time for your bank to process the refund: 5 to 10 business days
To return an item, log in to your account, view the order using the “Complete Orders” link under the My Account menu, and select the “Return Item(s)” button.
We will notify you by email once your return has been received and your refund has been processed.
