pure cane sugar, heavy whipping cream (cream), salted butter (pasteurized cream (from milk), sea salt), non-high fructose corn syrup (corn syrup, salt, vanilla extract (vanilla beans, water, ethyl alcohol), whole toasted almonds, French sea salt, CA Coast Beer Co Railroad Red, salted pretzels, and pure vanilla extract (organic sugar cane alcohol, water, Madagascar vanilla beans).

All of our caramels are Preservative and Gluten free (with the exception of the beer + pretzel caramel, the pretzels are not gluten free)!

Storage
As we don't use any preservatives, our caramels are best enjoyed within 4-5 weeks of delivery. Please store in a cool, dry place, we do not recommend storing in the refrigerator or freezer.

In addition to shipping times, please allow 3-5 days for cooking and packaging. If you wish for your order to be delivered at a future date, please include that in the notes section during check-out.

These caramels are absurdly good. Smooth, buttery, and perfectly balanced—sweet but not over the top, with flavors that actually taste like what they’re supposed to be.
The sea salt is a standout, the vanilla + toasted almond is deeply comforting, and the rotating seasonal flavor makes the whole box feel special. I planned to space them out… I did not succeed.
Buy two boxes. One to share, one to stash.

My box of Assorted Caramels arrived well packaged and they tasted great! It is hard not to eat the whole box all at once. The Sea Salt, Vanilla, Vanilla + Toadted Almond are always Wonderful and I enjoyed the new Flavor Lime and look forward to trying the Gingerbread soon.
